After jumping over the CV hurdle here I find the highest of all - VCV //I can't be bothered why must there be so many strings Thank you very much for providing this tutorial! Lots of instructions and stuff but it was actually easy enough for me to understand. I'm quite surprised because I'm a big idiot and I'm a noob at this UTAU stuff omg Now I just need a reclist. Which one would you recommend? the 5-mora or a 7-mora? 7-mora sounds hard + needs so much more time... *sobs* Welp time to set off and find some reclists >:3
Oh well, if I want to really make a VCV, I'm gonna have to work for it. //D
Hey, by the way, can you help me with something actually? I don't want to trouble you but do you know any like, lists of sounds I need to record for VCV on the web that I can read from? Specifically I'd like one in romaji, cause hiragana is a hassle to figure out. ;-; I looked around and I never found any like that. If you know any that would be wonderful to have and really helpful! ;O;
Hehe I know I know :'D It took me a lot of time to learn all of it XD
Naah you ain't troubling me =w/ I'm here to help! Ah, so you mean a recording list? Depends on which kind of reclist you prefer - 5-mora or 7-mora. 5-mora only includes 5 syllables in a string, which is easier to record, but there'll be more files. 7-mora has less files, but you need to hella concentrate on getting all the voices right, since you put 7 syllables in a string instead of 5 :'D
\ouo/ I salute you for making it easy for others to understand.
This tutorial is thoroughly presented on the subject of vcvs. I think the next tutorial subjecting around the frq map would be wonderful *u* because a lot of people forget the drop between the first vowel and consonant can slightly alter their utau.
Wow, you don't know how helpful this is. I mean, I have a VCV bank done for my UTAU but I haven't released it or anything because I didn't like the outcome too much. I also needed to have someone else oto it because it was too confusing for me. I love how you explain everything so clearly here. You made this so much easier for me and maybe I'll actually be able to record and oto my VCV ACT 2 quickly this time. Thank you so much for making this! I really appreciate it
Well, I think the problem with my VCV Act1 was the actual recordings (mostly pronunciation pfft). I'm pretty sure the otos are fine, since I had someone else do them. They sound alright, but thanks so much for the offer! Maybe when I finish recording and otoing her Act2, you can check the otos, even if I have to pay for it, I won't mind
Nonononono you don't need to pay for this O: If I offer somebody my help I do it for free! ^^ But if you want you can draw a picture of my UTAU o u o just in case you really really REALLY want to do something for me in return x'D
